Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
Purchase Order number must be provided, otherwise return will not be accepted. You must provide your purchase order number as received when your order was placed.
Apparel and accessories must be returned in their original condition.
Dietary Supplements and other consumable products returns are only accepted with original Purchase Order number and must include at least 75% of the original product.
For your return, please email Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the merchandise back. Please provide your Purchase Order number. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return (see Returns Policy), you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.
All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, email email@example.com and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 business hours and should arrive within 2-5 business days. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control.
